Porch & Presence Service Agreement
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms regarding your Porch & Presence installation and ongoing services.
Installation & Service
Your purchase includes a professionally designed and installed front entry using Porch & Presence’s signature styling system. Installations are scheduled after purchase and coordinated directly with the client.
Ongoing Membership
For membership-based services, monthly billing applies for continued styling, maintenance, and seasonal updates. Membership services are ongoing and designed to maintain a consistent, elevated look throughout the year.
Monthly billing begins after installation is completed.
Ownership of Materials
All planters, faux greenery, and seasonal decor installed by Porch & Presence remain the property of Porch & Presence.
These items are maintained, refreshed, and replaced as part of your membership service.
Items designated as add-ons or purchased separately are yours to keep.
Seasonal Refreshes
Seasonal updates are performed approximately every 10–12 weeks and include removal and replacement of seasonal elements to maintain a cohesive and updated appearance.
Access & Property Conditions
Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the front entry area for installation and scheduled refreshes.
Porch & Presence is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, theft, or circumstances beyond normal use.
Cancellations
Membership services require a minimum commitment period (if applicable). After that period, services may be canceled with advance notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Realtor & Temporary Installations
Listing Presence installations are temporary and intended for listing use. Items are removed at the end of the agreed service period unless an extension is arranged.
General
Porch & Presence reserves the right to adjust styling selections based on availability, seasonality, and design considerations while maintaining the overall look and quality of the service.
